Pergolas around Waco
Shade first. Then everything else on the patio.
Most patios around Waco get too hot to use by June. A pergola or patio cover fixes that, and a well-built one makes the whole backyard look finished.
We build in cedar, in steel, or in both. Steel posts and beams are welded by our own crew, which lets us span wider and stand up to wind with fewer posts in the way. Cedar tops, lattice screens and metal roofing go on from there.

How a job runs
No surprises, start to finish.
Walk the site
Francisco comes out, measures, and shows you photos and samples of past work. Then you get a bid.
Settle the details
Materials, sizes and finish. Changes are easy now and still possible once we start.
Build it
The crew shows up on time and works full days until it is done.
Clean up and walk it
Scrap hauled off, site cleaned, and a final walk-through with you.
Cedar or steel?
Cedar looks warm and suits most patios. Steel spans wider with fewer posts and shrugs off wind. Plenty of our builds use steel posts with a cedar top.
Can you attach a cover to my house?
Yes. We look at your roofline and wall on the site visit and tell you whether attached or freestanding works better.
Do pergolas need a permit?
Often. Waco treats a covered porch as a residential addition that needs a permit, and Woodway requires one for patio covers. Francisco will tell you what applies at your address on the site visit.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Francisco comes out to your home in Waco or the towns around it, measures, looks at the ground and the access, and gives you a written bid at no charge. He also shows you photos of jobs like yours so you know what you are paying for. Call (470) 598-3085 or tap Get a quote to set up the visit.
