Framing is the skeleton of every deck, porch, shed and addition. If it is out of square, everything after it fights you: doors stick, siding waves, roofs leak. We take the time to get it right before anything covers it up.

We frame new structures from the slab or the piers up, and we repair framing that has rotted, sagged or been cut into by a past remodel. Where a design calls for steel, Francisco welds it on site instead of bringing in another contractor.

Materials, sizes and finish. Changes are easy now and still possible once we start.

Build it

The crew shows up on time and works full days until it is done.

Clean up and walk it

Scrap hauled off, site cleaned, and a final walk-through with you.

Do you frame from a plan, or can you help draw one?

Either. Bring a plan and we build it, or walk the site with Francisco and he will sketch what fits and price it.

Can you repair framing instead of replacing everything?

Often, yes. We cut out what is rotted or cracked and sister or replace only what has to go, then tell you plainly if a full rebuild is the better buy.

Do you do the siding and trim too?

Yes, on sheds, porches and small structures we take it from frame to finished trim.

Do you give free estimates?
