How often should cedar be stained?

It depends on sun and shade. Francisco can look at your fence and tell you whether it is due now or can wait.

Can you maintain a fence you did not build?

Yes. We look after wood, metal and iron fences whoever built them.

My gate will not latch. Is that maintenance or repair?

Often just an adjustment: hinges, latch height or a post that has shifted. We fix the small version before it becomes a rebuild.

Do you give free estimates?
