Most fence trouble starts at the gate. It is the one part that moves, so a post set too shallow or a frame that was never braced shows up as a gate that drags, sags or will not latch. We set gate posts deeper than line posts and use steel where the opening is wide.
Because we weld, steel and iron gates are built in-house: frames, hinges and latches fitted to your opening instead of bought off a shelf and forced to fit. Wood gates get a steel frame when the size calls for it, so they stay square through a Waco summer.

Walk gates
Cedar or metal gates on the side yard and the back walk, hung on posts set for the load.
Double drive gates
Two-leaf gates wide enough for a truck or a trailer, braced so they meet in the middle.
Rolling driveway gates
Steel gates that roll along the fence line where a swing gate will not fit.
Wire-panel and pipe gates
Welded wire-panel gates for yards and pipe gates for pasture and pens.
Rehang and repair
Dragging or sagging gates squared up, posts reset, hinges and latches replaced.

Walk the site
Francisco comes out, measures, and shows you photos and samples of past work. Then you get a bid.
Settle the details
Materials, sizes and finish. Changes are easy now and still possible once we start.
Build it
The crew shows up on time and works full days until it is done.
Clean up and walk it
Scrap hauled off, site cleaned, and a final walk-through with you.
Can you build a gate for an opening I already have?
Yes. We measure the opening and check the posts, tell you whether they will carry the new gate, and build the gate to fit.
My gate drags. Can you fix it instead of replacing it?
Often. A dragging gate usually means a leaning post or a frame that has racked. We reset or replace the post and square the frame, and tell you if a new gate is the better buy.
Can a gate take an opener later?
Tell Francisco if you plan one. We size the frame and the posts for it so the gate does not have to be rebuilt when the opener goes on.
Do you give free estimates?
